Because he works in the field. He mingles with nature and animals like Cows. He has better immunity than anyone. But he suffers due to poverty all the time. 70 % of the India population of 142 Crore is farmers and farm dependent workers. The largest employer in India is Farming sector. No Industry can survive without Farming sector.

Every farmer should stand on his/her own leg with pride. Let us persuade our Central Govt to form and implement IARA immediately.
The important message to NAMO Ji is that he need not allocate or spend any additional money. Just restructure existing departments and make them responsible under an Authority with Hon PM himself as chair person and an able administrator as CEO with full powers.
